A new bridge for more walking and cycling

Worcester City Council are proposing a scheme to build a new walking and cycling bridge across the River Severn in Worcester.

The bridge will run from Gheluvelt Park to the Kepax site in St Johns.

Ahead of the scheme going through the planning process, they are asking local residents and businesses to let us know what they think of the proposals.

For tenants, April is a useful point to pause and plan. With rents still rising across the UK and the first phase of rental reform approaching in England, this is a good time to review your budget, renewal options and next move.

May is a key month for sellers, but more homes are competing for attention. If you are thinking of moving this spring, here is how the current market is shaping buyer behaviour and what helps a home stand out.

If you are thinking about moving in the next 6 to 12 months, a market appraisal is often the best first step. It gives you a clearer view of value, timing and buyer demand, helping you plan with more confidence in a competitive 2026 market.
